Lifestyle plays an important role in improving or deteriorating health. A healthy lifestyle can lead to staying away from many illnesses, disabilities, and even early age death. A recent medical report also shows an increasing trend of health-related issues like joint and skeletal problems, hypertension, obesity, and metabolic diseases. Researches also showcase that the major culprit is opting for unhealthy life like improper eating, insomnia, lack of exercise, technology addiction, etc.

Various modern life habits affecting human health:

  1. Unhealthy Diet

These days, a hectic life and busy work schedule make people lazy to choose slow processing work such as cooking food and then eating slowly. They choose to place a quick order from restaurants, choose a frozen meal, or buy fast food that consumes less time. But the time saved on no cooking and slow eating put adverse effects on human health. As a result, it was observed that the number of obese people is almost double from the past few decades. The best solution is, add lots of fruits and vegetables to your nutrition diet and get rid of rising health issues.

  1. Lack of Physical Exercises

The sedentary lifestyle of modern people is the biggest cause of damage to a person’s health. In a study, it was observed that 65-85% worldwide population is not engaged in any physical activity. All credit goes to technology. One can easily avoid going outside even for shopping. Therefore, their increasing trend of various types of stress including Pink Bubba is observed in people.   1. Lack of Sleep

Most common issues like excessive body fat, weak immunity, mental disorder, diabetes, heart disease are commonly seen in people. Therefore, it’s good to get enough sleep at night.

  1. Technology Addiction

Modern technology makes human life faster. Machines are available for almost every house chores. For example, machines for cooking, washing, and even cleaning utensils. In short, there is a lack of physical work compared to the past and resulting in increasing illnesses in the human body. Also, computers and internet usage become an important part of every modern house. But the problem arises when people get addicted to luxury life. Some of the problems with technology addiction are :

  • Excessive smartphone screen timing can cause short-sightedness, low concentration level, and other health risks.
  • It affects sleeping habits and people won’t get deep sleep during the night.
  • Everything leaning from visuals affecting cognitive growth and poor eyesight.

Modern lifestyle and stress are causing effects on our physical, mental, and social health fitness. Therefore, it is important to make a good balance between technology and health fitness.
