I cannot tell you haw many times my kids come home with only 1 glove and no hat. I am so very glad that we have stores that offer these type of things for a great price. I usually shop online for the best deals on winter outerwear.

I usually shop before the weather gets too cold for the best deal. I choose the coats that I went and then wait for the store to have a good deal to purchase them. I got my son’s coat at JCPenney’s and my daughter’s at Justice.

During the holidays I love to bake gingerbread men and women cookies with my grandsons!

I like to shop at Burlington.

I used to give my daughter a set of cozy winter pajamas every Christmas Eve.

I watch for discounts and coupons at kohl’s and target. I sometimes check walmart too for deals.

I do most of my shopping at Target for outerwear.

I typically buy winter gear at Macy’s, Target and JCPenney.

I shop around for outerwear. I really don;t care about name brands but it is true that certain brands are true cold weather wear. Sometimes I buy online and sometimes I hit the mall or sports stores.

Bake together for the holidays

I shop at local sports stores.

I usually buy online due to being disabled.. It’s a lot easier to Amazon things..

We like to drive around at night looking at the Christmas lights people put up. We put up large Christmas inflatable displays like Santa riding on a fire truck.

I have 2 Christmases. One on Christmas Eve with family and one on Christmas day with old friends.

Since my family was Sicilian, we always have Ravioli with our Christmas dinner. We also make special cookies.

I like to shop online to compare prices and look for coupons. When I play it smart I like to shop the deals once the cold season is over and put stuff up for next year.

I get good deals at the thrift stores.

It’s not really unique/different, but my family always sees a movie in the theaters on Christmas Day. We do this for Thanksgiving too.

I go on eBay and amazon for good deals!

I search online for the best deals.

I like to shop at Gander Mountain for good outerwear.

I go to Burlington (former coat store)
for my winter outer wear or Walmart.

We don’t really need outerwear here. But my family has a huge Christmas light show on the house

The Dollar Tree Is Great For Stocking Stuffers.

I find good sales prices at Old Navy for outerwear.

I don’t shop for clothing or outerwear…I don’t have the money.

We have a white elephant exchange that is always a barrel of laughs.

JC Penny usually has good deals on outerwear especially during the holiday season.

Something unique is I put up a 7.5 tree in my living room and an 11 foot tree in my living room.

We always shop for our winter clothing at Kohl’s and Walmart!

We shop for coats at Kohl’s. I wait till there are sales and good coupons!

I try to buy winter clothes when they put them on sale after Christmas.

I like to shop at Dick’s Sporting Goods for outerwear.

I usually go to the Kohls website to find deals on winter wear this time of year. I often buy ahead coats on the the Columbia website in the summer when they go on sale.

I usually go to Burlington Coat Factory, TJ Max, or Marshalls.

We also love to shop at Burlington!

I like to shop at Kohl’s and TJ Max for winter clothing.

Burlington has good deals on outerwear and many other things as well.

I have a holiday party where everyone brings a gift for a family in need.

For Christmas eve my boyfriend and I have game night and exchange gifts. We find a board game or video game and spend the night playing and exchange gifts. We do the family thing the next day.

I don’t know if it is unique but for Christmas Eve we always order pizza and watch movies. We have a big dinner on Christmas Day so this is a fun easy night before for us.

The most unique thing we do is a count down to Christmas with books/crafts for our kids. I wrap one book or craft for each child for each day of December. It gives them something extra to do each day to keep them busy and excited!

I’m not the shopper for outerwear in our home. My boyfriend takes care of that and usually shops at Dicks

I can usually find good deals on outerwear at Marshall’s.

I often find good deals on winter outerwear at Kohl’s.

I don’t have a tree.

We don’t really have any unique or different traditions. Just simple gift exchange and a big feast.

I think Kohl’s has good deals on outerwear.

I like to find deals on winter outerwear at JCPenney.

We like to have themed movie nights at Christmas. TOnight is Grinch night… we watch the movie, drink lime sherbert punch, each green sugar cookies, and make grinch kabobs.

I make divinity.

We don’t really celebrate like we used to. In fact I have all of my boyfriends’ gifts in one large shopping bag. Not even going to wrap them just giving him the bag to look through. He probably won’t wrap mine either.

Walmart has great deals on winter clothing. I often shop there.

Shoes.com had some good deals on winter shoe wear. I got to use a 30% off on some warm boots for my little ones.

Burlington coat factory has good sales after the holidays.

Outterwear…hmm, it’s been 14 years since I had to buy a winter coat. That was from JCPenney, so I guess it speaks to the quality of the coat I got. My hat, scarf, and gloves are from 13 years ago, from Walmart…aha! My boots were purchased four years ago from Woman Within, after my Herberger’s pair cracked width-wise. (I don’t replace things regularly or lightly. It it still fits and looks good, I don’t replace it on a whim.)

We like to get together as a family and decorate the tree and bake cookies together.

My mom found some Columbia raincoats on clearance for my kids at Belk a few weeks ago. They will be good for warmer winter days since it doesn’t get too cold here.

I think thrift stores are a great place to find coats.

I make ornaments for my tree every year and I also give out RAK gifts.

Usually shop at Dicks or Cabelas for outerwear.

On Christmas Day after dinner and all of the gifts have been opened we play Dirty Santa and have lots of fun with that.

I found some of the best deals this year at Walmart.

I tend to get my best deals on winter outerwear on BLack Friday or Cyber Monday.

I like to shop around online for the best deals.

I give my daughter a unique ornament every Christmas Day.

I have seen some good deals at Macy’s for outerwear this year.

I volunteer to wrap presents for kids.

I love shopping at Kohl’s in store for coats. I can try them on and sometimes I can get an extra discount.

Amazon has had some great deals on outerwear this holiday season.

I don’t think its really unique, but I love making a gingerbread house with my kids each Christmas. They love it.

We tend to get the best deals on winter wear at Kohl’s friend and family sales.

I like to shop at Ross for outerwear and sometimes can find some really good deals there.

We go to REI for cool winter clothes to go to the snow. It does not get real cold where we live. We do decorate the home but its same im sure as everyone’s home a tree and tons of decorations.

I normally shop at Amazon for most anything. I like looking at the light displays.

My aunt used to gather the whole family around the table to make cannolis.

Its probably not that unique, but we go to the Holiday Festival of LIghts in James Island, SC every year. We went tonight and it was chilly!

I watch the sales or I go to an outlet mall.

I have Start a Charity Box. Throughout the year, I drop cash and loose change in it. Come the holidays, I decide on something worthy of its contents.
