This holiday season, Hallmark and Best Friends Animal Society are teaming up in a partnership targeted at finding loving homes for 2,000 shelter pets over the next two years. Highlight of the two-year partnership will be a $100,000 donation by Hallmark to Best Friends, with the money being used to help offset pet adoption fees, with the goal of helping 2,000 pets find their forever homes. In addition, Hallmark will sponsor Best Friends fall super adoption events, as well as a special Bring Joy to Your World holiday adoption promotion, which begins December 1. As part of the promotion, a new themed collection of plush toys and accessories, featuring stuffed animals Jingle and Bell, will be available for purchase at Hallmark Gold Crown stores and online at Hallmark.com. Jingle and Bell have their own stories about finding their forever homes.

I love my cat and my dog. They are both so cute. I am surprised that they get along so well considering pets don’t always do so.

Our last pet passed of old age a while ago and since we’ve mostly dealt with the kids. There are a ton of cats on the block now, though, and lots of kittens being born recently that are always around. My nieces and nephew have several cats.
My constant companion is my lab/Shepard puppies. He is happy, loving, and tries to be the protector but often runs from his own shadow. He is very good with kids.
My best friend is a Pitbull named Roxie, I got her as a puppy. Her mom died when she was born and she had 8 brothers and sisters they had to find homes for all of them right away. I took Roxie. Bottle feed her since day one every two hours around the clock. All her brothers and sisters don’t make it. Roxie is now almost two and so loving and I love her.
I have 4 awesome rats! Ratt Damon, Ratt Lauer, Devlin, and Gandalf!
I don’t have any domesticated pets right now, but I have a little gaggle of sparrows that eat out of my hand and sit around with me.
I have a house full of very loved and spoiled pets. I have one Shihtzu dog named Toby Tangles, 4 indoor only cats named Ryder , Chester, Little and Bubba, 2 turtles named Sebastian and Stinkpot and 2 grey squirrels named Bubbles and Gypsy. Thank you!
I have two wonderful cats. While they’re both indoor cats, I will sometimes (very rarely) take one of them outside on a leash. He just loves to nibble at the grass, lounge around, and look at everything.
We have two male cats here in our home, one’s name is Ozzy and the other is named Buddy. Buddy likes to swish his fuzzy tail in your face all the time.

Sadly 2 weeks ago we had to put down our 10 year old Golden Retriever Madison. She was just the best dog and such a sweetheart. We miss her terribly. Our daughter & her family have 2 dogs so we visit with them often. Animals are so much of the family!!!!!!
