For some reason, lately I’ve really gotten into baking breads. I just love it! I don’t have a bread machine, or anything fancy. Just quick breads, or sometimes muffins. Occasionally I’ll play around with making a “real” loaf of bread.

Everyone here but myself has to have a Ham for Easter Day. I am not a big fan of ham unless you slice it up and let it get dark in a skillet. I know strange, but I would rather have a nice Turkey Breast instead.

I love making homemade greens. I mix collards, turnips, and mustards and throw in some salted pork. This became my job after my grandmother died and every pot I make, I make with love ?
