I have a family reunion planned for this fall. I do the decorating for each holday occasion about 2 weeks prior

My plans for the fall are to heal and get my life back on track. I have been homebound for a year, since August 11, 2016. In this past year I had 2 major back surgeries, pneumonia, sepsis, a back infection, and some serious depression. I am now getting out of the house without walker or cane. I finally see the end in site and am feeling blessed. Fall is my favorite time of year and I will be able to get out and enjoy the change in colors and the cool weather, instead of watching from the window by my chair.

We don’t have any real fall plans this year. There are a few fall festivals in our area we usually hit though.

Sometime in September I put up a pencil tree in the hallway decorated for fall, getting changed for Halloween, then Thanksgiving, then snowmen only for Dec. through to Valentine decor, then to St Patrick’s ….and then I put it away for the next year.

I started planning for the holidays about June. I can’t afford much in any year, so I start saving things up as soon as I can, about mid year. I save them up for the end of the year when the holidays come. I want to be able to provide things for the kids in the family, as they don’t understand why they don’t get presents. this year for fall I’m going to be going to parecon and well when it comes to celebrating the holidays we just wing it all the time nothing to big or too small we just make the best of it.

I love to decorate for all seasons, so I get pretty stoked when they start to change! I force myself to wait a certain amount of time every time or I will be our of re-decorating quickly! LOL

My fall plans involve getting the family together for holidays at my sister’s house. Our holiday plans are pretty much set every year.

I start Christmas shopping in September and start planning in November.

Our plans for fall surround the creation of our Haunted House for Halloween we put a lot of time and effort into the making of this spootacular!

If it was up to me, I would never do any holiday planning. But-it’s not up to me.

I love to take photos of the autumn of nature including the fall color and scenery. I am not ready for the holidays yet, but I did some shopping in the month of July.

I plan to buy the kids costumes and take them trick or treating.

I host out of town guests for the holidays, so I start planning now, we play bingo and I am always on the lookout for prizes!
