My birthday, mothers day & anniversary is in May!

I like the flowers in bloom.

May is the month to enjoy the blooming of plants and see the animal life raising their newborns, getting them ready to enter the world for all of us to enjoy watching.

One thing that I love is seeing all of the new flowers start to bloom around the neighborhood!

I like the warmer weather and sunny days in may

I dislike the pollen counts in May! It makes me not even want to go outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

I like that it’s one month closer to my birthday!

May is usually the month we can leave our windows open and let the fresh air in throughout the house. I love it!

The only thing that I dislike about May is that it is not longer. I love this time of year so much it is so pretty.

May is the last month of school for my kids, so it is super busy and I am running around helping teachers, planning parties for the school and figuring out things for the next school year!

I like the warm spring weather.

May is tough.. my mom’s birthday and mother’s day are in may.. my mom passed away so this month is kinda tough.

I love the way everything lightens up, from not needing heavy clothing or blankets, to the gentle breezes and flowers springing up. I love to see the buds blooming and little critters start coming out.

My husband and mother both have birthdays in May, so it’s very special for me!

Them April showers sure did bring May flowers so I like that. I’ve been walking more at my city park to look at the blooms.

I like that May is the month the kids get out of school for Summer

I like that the weather really starts warming up in May.

I love May because typically it’s when the nice weather is around for good. We get a few “false starts” here in Iowa where it will be nice and then bam snow storm so in May we’re generally out of the woods for cold weather.

I love that we can finally air out the house! We can open up the windows, and let some fresh breeze and sunshine in.

May hasn’t been nice to us lately. It’s been getting hot and pollen is no joke here in Alabama

I don’t dislike May, I LOVE it! It’s my birthday month for one thing, it has three holidays (Cinco de Mayo, Mother’s Day and Memorial Day), and it swimming time!

May is bittersweet. What I dislike about May is that some horrible things happened in this month; my then 19 year old niece passed away five years ago this month, my husbands grandpa passed away 4 years ago this month and our oldest daughter went through a horrible break up 6 years ago this month. But a few good things have happened as well; our same daughter that went through the horrible break up married a great guy who helped her through it and they are going to celebrate their second anniversary next week. Also my first great great nephew(on my side) was born last May and he’s a cutie!
