This year I am staying on my weight loss program which has been great so far! I want to lose about 20 more lbs. I have medical conditions so I am trying this year to get off at least 2 medications. Big goal but I want to really work on supplements and healthy living. I finally started walking again (can’t feel my feet at times) but I am feeling so much stronger. I want to take my life back from all these medications. I have MS and stomach problems so I know it’s an uphill battle but I can do it!
