I am a firm believer you cannot cook or create dishes without using spices. Even if it is just salt and pepper. Using spices to season your dishes is a must for your dishes to taste phenomenal. I know alot of family members that do not season their dishes. They think that seasoning them at the table is good enough but it isn’t. seasoning the food as it cooks makes all the difference. Taste is what matters. That is why I am thrilled to add PepperMate to my 2023 Holiday Gift Guide.

I received the traditional PepperMate pepper mill in black. It is not a traditional grinder but has a turn key. I think that id ingenious. No more hard grinders to turn. Young and old can use it. I know alot of people with arthritis in their hands who cannot use most grinders but this is so easy to turn that even they can use it.

One thing to remember is that you don’t have to use this for just pepper. It can used for anything from coffee beans to another spices that you grind. I think this is an awesome device. Everyone who knows me, Knows how I love my food seasoned. Sure you can season your food after it cooks but it is so very much flavorful when you season it throughout the cooking process. Then after you taste it, If you like a little more salt ot pepper then feel free to add it. I know or knew several family members who don’t season their food through the cooking process. To me that is just an injudicious to the food itself. Flavor is the key to life. I am beyond thrilled to include PepperMate in my 2023 Holiday Gift Guide.

On June 25th 1982 The New York Times ran a story about Pepper Grinders. It was written by the famous French Chef Pierre Franey. It discussed a common problem of cooking recipes calling for freshly ground pepper and home chefs not having access to those important spices. This entire article was dedicated to our world famous PepperMate Traditional Pepper Mill. It was revolution in home cooking and even the experts agreed.

They offer everything from individual disposable grinders to the incredible turn key pepper grinder to peppercorns. I cannot for the life of me understand why I have not tried this product before.

 

 

This is a very user friendly product. Even people with arthritis I have heard are loving this product. My Mother-In-Law who has terrible arthritis in her hands and cannot use a grinder loves this product. Sure there is some resistance but not like other grinders where it is almost impossible to turn. Don’t forget to remove the safety paper from the product.
