Per my mother’s request/insistence, [this] Mother’s Day is to be just like any other day of the year. (She says that it’s “a Hallmark holiday,” and that “what matters is how you treat your mother during the rest of the year, too.”) But I will be making her some kind of artsy thing for her garden (or some other kind of DIY fun stuff…), as well as baking something healthy and awesome for her. 🙂
