I don’t leave garbage and dirty dishes laying around, that is what causes most odors. I also like to use clean scents like lemon, wild orange or peppermint in my diffuser.

I use whatever I have on hand to help freshen up a room such as scented dryer sheets that I attach to a floor fan. Instead of dryer sheets I also scent fabric with essential oils.

It depends on my mood. Sometimes candles. I always have aroma melts going (but they all seem to lose their scent so quickly). Sometimes plug-ins, room sprays, or fabric sprays.

Dust and vacuum, do the dishes, change the cat’s liter box. Just regular stuff and I like lemon smell to keep it clean and fresh.

I have a diffuser that I have in my bedroom to help me sleep. I really want one for my living room. I have been amazed by how much the oils have helped my overall health.

I finally found a candle that doesnt have a nasty smoke smell. I have not used them for years because of chemical sensitivities. So, I’d just bake or use a cinamon , cloves and orange peels to simmer on the stove. When it cooks down too much, just keep adding water. Lasts for a week or so before it loses its strength. Put in the fridge when cooled down as the orange peels to get moldy.

I have a cat and a small living space, so keeping it smelling good is hard. I got some scented soap bars for Christmas gifts, and I’ve been leaving them out. Having a soap bar sitting on my desk is kind of a silly way to keep my place smelling good but it seems to work!

Put vicks on the upper lip. I hear they do that when they do autopsies. Yeah, it gets THAT bad here with a teen and hubby, and grandbabies in diapers. haha.

Hard to keep it smelling nice, there is a 10 lane highway RIGHT outside! A lot of candles and insence helps!

I got a very nice candle from Cost Plus World market, lavender citrus or something – so I’m burning that. It’s raining and the dogs stink!
