Eating healthier seems to be what’s on everyone’s mind these days. Cooking healthy meals at home can be challenging. Sure, There has to be thousands if not millions of healthy cookbooks on the market but if you do not have the right appliances then it is a down hill battle. I am the kind of person that needs to try something out to see if it actually does what people are claiming it does. The books were written in very easy to understand language which was a plus in my book.

Let’s face it, Life is busy. I do not have any use for an appliance that only does one thing. To have an appliance that does it all is a no brainier. I would have never imagined that the Air Fryer does it all. It does much more than fry. It can bake, broil and fries all at the same time.

What I Made~

The first thing I made was meatballs. This recipe is my own.

The next item I made was French Fries

This was the simplest thing I ever did. So simple that I do not need a recipe card.

1 bag of store bought french fries

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees,

Place the french fries in the basket making sure they are evenly distributed in the basket.

Cook for 15 minutes. Make sure you shake the basket half way through the cooking time.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl. Eat and enjoy.

My Review/Thoughts~

All I have to say is that the Corsori Air Fryer is a game changer. You can now have your fried food but healthier in calories and fat. I can make anything from store bought frozen food to homemade that needed to be fried, baked or broiled in the Corsori Air Fryer. I am thrilled beyond belief that if I did not see it for myself, I would not beleive it. Every home needs to have a Corsori Air Fryer in it. You will not be sorry.
