Decorating my house is a ton of fun for Halloween. I have to keep an eye on my hubby or he’d scare all the kids and no one would come to your house! Lol. The best part of Halloween is seeing all the costumes that kids are dressed up in!
I will be working so probably anything may be a bit better than that. it is a busy time for us and would like to be the one who took the kids out trick-or-treating and to their church activities.
I love having dinner out with my family and then walking around town to see all of the costumes.

i love to spend it watching scary movies at home, making popcorn and eating candy
I personally like to decorate the outside of my house, dress up for Halloween & hand out candy to the little ones.
I NEVER used to, BUT a couple years ago I noticed no kids out on Halloween Trick or Treating & it broke my heart.
When I started giving out candy I noticed other houses started to. And now on Halloween our block gets pretty busy with kids. It brightens my day!
When I was a kid we lived to far off of the main road to give out candy and no where near a sub division. I got married at 18 and my niece was born right after so I always took her trick or treating. We did have a party called trunk or treat which was the only time and still is the only time i get to hand out candy … But I love it!!
For me, the perfect night is handing out candy then settling in or the night with a little candy I set aside for me (lol), a wonderfully scary movie, and a pizza.
I like to pass out candy and see all the costumes.
We have a Halloween party with several of our neighbors for the kids: watch scary movies, have games, etc. so we don’t have to trudge from house to house…works out great because we rotate every year among 5-6 neighbors who participate.
to dress up and have fun with family is the best things to do on Halloween.
The perfect way to celebrate Halloween is a costume party.

My kids want to trick or treat. I like to end the day by making a great meal and watching movies with the family.
I love going trick or treating with a couple of friends and our daughters! We even get dressed up too (and usually get candy lol)

I stay home with the house dark. We have six dogs that get stressed out on Halloween. It’s not worth it to try to give out candy anymore.
Doing what you, your family and friends enjoy is the perfect way to spend Halloween. There is so much to do. There is something for everyone or it’s ok if you don’t celebrate Halloween.

My kids are grown so I love staying home and giving out candy on Halloween and seeing all the great costumes.
We accompany our youngest granddaughter on a special trick-or-treat outing put on for the local kids in an adjacent historic old town. So fun to see families, kids and even their dogs out in the early evening having a fun time!
I like to take my kids trick or treating for the first part and then hand out candy to the trick or treaters
I would also love to attend a haunted house on Halloween for kicks.
