Increase Your Range of Motion by Warming Up and Cool Down
Don’t go straight to dancing – to reduce the risk of injury and increase range of motion, you need to generate heat by warming up through low impact movements. An effective warm up helps to prepare you mentally as well while improving performance, and the transmission of nerve impulses too. Once your muscles are warm that have more elasticity, allowing you to bend and twist easier.
Perform simple, rhythmical movements for 10 minutes before starting and before you finish, gradually reduce intensity. Afterwards perform gentle static stretches of all the major muscle groups to cool down.

Being know as the “Crazy cat lady” on my street could not be any more farther than the truth. I love my cats. I even own a cuckoo clock with cats all over it. Let’s face it, Life is busy. I do not have any use for an appliance that only does one thing. To have an appliance that does it all is a no brainier. I would have never imagined that the Air Fryer does it all. It does much more than fry. It can bake, broil and fries all at the same time.
What I Made~
The first thing I made was meatballs. This recipe is my own.

The next item I made was French Fries
This was the simplest thing I ever did. So simple that I do not need a recipe card.
1 bag of store bought french fries
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees,
Place the french fries in the basket making sure they are evenly distributed in the basket.
Cook for 15 minutes. Make sure you shake the basket half way through the cooking time.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl. Eat and enjoy.
My Review/Thoughts~
All I have to say is that the Corsori Air Fryer is a game changer. You can now have your fried food but healthier in calories and fat. I can make anything from store bought frozen food to homemade that needed to be fried, baked or broiled in the Corsori Air Fryer.
