Diagnosed With Falling Arches At Age Six

When I was six, We were packing to move from Buffalo N.Y. to Elizabeth N.J. All I can remember is the immense pain I was having in the soles of my feet. The pain was so bad that I could hardly walk. As soon as we moved, My Mom called for a doctors appointment to see what was wrong. I was diagnosed with falling arches. This is the main reason people need Orthotic Insoles.

Back in 1972, All that was available were metal shoe inserts. Let me say that they were very ugly. Also you had to find the right shoe that they would fit in and that could be a daunting task. For falling arches, They also told you to walk on the beach. That was a fun activity but I would rather play on the beach.

There were not any predisposing symptoms to having this diagnosis. It just happened one day.You should not mess around with pain in your feet. Fallen Arches occur when the inner side of the foot collapses causing the entire sole to touch the ground. This condition often causes pain, fatigue, and swelling, frequently caused by weak tendons, aging, obesity, or injury. Treatment typically includes orthotics, exercises, and comfortable footwear.

Seems that my condition just went away. I did follow my doctors advice and recommendations. I wore my shoe inserts. I walked on the beach. I bought shoes that fit the inserts. I even went to physical therapy. I was one of the lucky ones. They caught my condition early enough where I did not need surgery, Rest and ice seemed to help a lot. Stretching and exercises also seemed to help.

I was truly very lucky in that they caught it in the early stage. I know you will be too especially when you order these orthotics.

I have been a blogger going on 16 years. I started blogging way back in 2009. My goal was to keep my readers well informed of new and upcoming products that I found which I loved. There is so much on the internet and you just can;t believe everything.. I want my readers to trust me and know that I never give a fake review.

This is the reason i want to tell you about a product that i found that is both practical and useful. When i go to church in the spring/summer months, I do not wear panty hose. i worry that my bare feet were going to ruin my shoes. Hence, i found flat socks, which are perfect for both men and women because flat socks for hey dudes and crocs are the perfect addition when you don’t want to wear bulky things on your feet.

wow! look at all the different type colors and designs. they have something for everyone. other sites sell flat socks but they are not the same looking at these sites the colors and designs are just not evident. i also don’t think that there are any sites that make something flat like this one does..

have you ever went anywhere, where you take off your shoes? most insoles look very plain and not very attractive.

sometimes appearance is not only only looking good. sometimes it’s what is not seem that makes you comfortable. placing pretty flat socks in your shoes can make a statement. feeling good can almost be just as good as looking good. i like to spruce it up with everything from colorful patterns to solids to even prints.

as shown in the picture above, the prints are animal prints which as a cat owner is just perfect for people like me. i do not recommend products that I do not use. if i use it and really like it, i will pass it on to my readers in a post such as this one. you owe it to yourself to try these.

There Is A New Wave Of Orthopedic Shoes For Men

When I was growing up, i used to dance, be on the go 24/7 and work double shifts as a nurse. Now that I am older, my feet are really felling the pain. Even walking is a chore. Dancing is at least. The worse part is that my husband is finding out that he needs orthopedic shoes for men. i never realized just how many different types and kinds of insoles, footwear and braces/splints that are sold by companies.

it’s really depressing to go to a wedding and just sit there. My niece was just married over the winter. eric and i went. the dj played a great selection of dance music. some of my favorite songs from my hay days. No dancing for this girl cause my feet hurt and that is the same thing that eric said. i did order him special orthopedic shoes for men. for the first time in our 25 years of being married, eric said in a shocked voice that his feet didn’t hurt. he now walks pain free, dances and even plays with the kids in our neighborhood.

most people say i am a giver. if i have it and you need it, it’s yours. i am always the last person to get something for herself. if these orthopedic shoes worked so for eric, they may actually help me. i never thought about insoles for women. you will be shocked at just how many different insoles, footwear and socks there are that can help someone with feet issues.

the orthopedic shoes foe men if just what eric needed. why do we take out feet for granted? it is a crucial part of ur many different insoles. if something this simple could ease your pain, wouldn’t you do it. i know i would. say you have heel pain, they even have heel insoles. a small insole for your heel. believe me when i say that i stocked up on these. Whether your a female or male, you owe it to your feet to make them feel the best you can. how do you make your feet feel great?

How I Found Relief For My Heel Discomfort With Foot Petals

I grew up wearing shoes with heels. I mean big heels. I go to church every Sunday [heels]. I went out every night [heels] and everywhere I went I wore heels. As I am older now this has lead to foot issues or just plain old heel discomfort. You should consult your doctor if these issues do not get better or if it seems like there is an issue.

Not standing all day in heels can make a difference especially on hard surfaces. 6 Steps to help heel discomfort:

1] Do some stretching exercises

2] Try a foot massage

3] Take breaks

4] Elevate your feet when sitting

5] Soak your feet

6] Use orthotics or inserts

Everybody is different but I have found that all the above steps do work to help ease your heel discomfort. I have especially found that a gel heel cushion works wonders in helping my heel discomfort. I also found the best and least expensive company is the above link for Foot Pedals. They offer everything and anything foot related inserts.

I was always told I have gorgeous legs when I wear heels. It makes my legs look slim and lengthy but that is in heels. I think that proper shoes have a lot to do with comfort. It also has to do with the right shoe that fits the activity. Pace yourself during physical activity.

There are also a lot of sites that say that can heal you within seconds and use all natural items. I do not recommend those sites as I found they are just gimmicks or spam sites. You have to be very careful which sites you click, follow believe in what they say and recommend. The internet is full of sites that can get over on you. I think that is so wrong.

My husband used to work in the industry where he dealt with a bunch of different chemicals. I was always buying him boots every couple of months.
