My Review/Thoughts~

I am so in love with Ball Holiday Keepsake Jars. I know there are other companies that make them but I only want the best and that is Ball. This Holiday season Ball has come out with something that in my opinion is genius. The mason jar has a snowflake on one side and the word Ball on the other. The first thing that comes to mind are DIY projects. There are so many things you can do with these mason jars such as:

  • Putting a candle in the bottom and using it as a Lumiere
  • Inserting your ingredients in the jar for gifts in a jar
  • Painting the jar the color of your choice
  • stinging lights and hanging them in your backyard or deck
  • Stenciling holiday characters or animals and fill with herbs for a beautiful centerpiece
  • Makes an awesome piggy bank or change holder
  • Salt and Pepper holders
  • A flower holder

I feel that the uses for the Ball Snowflake Mason Jars are endless. It is up to your imagination on what you can do with these. I am going to be doing several DIY posts after the first of the year that I know will new and unique. You need to decorate your home with the Ball Snowflake Mason Jars.

My Thoughts/Review and my dogs thoughts too~

Making sure my dogs have toys to play with is 2 fold in my opinion. 1) They don’t chew on things they are not supposed to and 2) They have so much fun. It is so cute to watch them. They can destroy a toy in minutes but that is why I try to buy them toys that can withstand their roughhousing. goDog chew toys are the ones you need to buy. I love how durable the toys are and how well made they are. My husband said he do without the squeaking but I feel that is part of the satisfaction I get when I see them wanting to play with a toy. I usually show you a personal picture of the review item in use but I did let them play with the goDog  Santa Dragon Chew Toy for a little bit but I forgot to snap a picture and I want to save it for christmas for them. I wish you could of seen my lab acting like me was a puppy playing with it.

Cookies by Design, a woman owned business, was founded in 1983 by Gwen Willhite. Gwen had the idea of making a gift suitable for not only women, but men as well; a gift that he would be excited to receive at his workplace. So she combined two traditional gifts of flowers and sweets and created a deliciously clever concept: the cookie bouquet. Her edible bouquets of custom-shaped and hand-decorated sugar and cinnamon brown sugar cookies on sticks were cleverly arranged in baskets as tasteful gifts for any holiday or occasion. These impressive gifts were instant hits among men and women alike especially because the product tasted as good as it looked and Gwen’s budding enterprise soon outgrew her own home kitchen.

The newly successful entrepreneur moved to a location in nearby, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Then in 1986 when things really picked up, Gwen moved her business to Dallas, Texas. After the Dallas business was established, Gwen turned her attention to the numerous requests from others wishing to start their own Cookie Bouquet franchise. The first franchised Cookie Bouquet location opened in 1987 and the momentum has been growing ever since. My Reviews/Thoughts~

Who doesn’t love to receive a gift of food especially if they are cookies. I know in my home that is our favorite thing to receive. Everyone loves a good cookie and you are not being honest if you say you don’t. I was so very happy that I found Cookies By Design as I received a beautiful Christmas Basket and a Christmas Cookie Tray. Along with Christmas cookies in the basket were gourmet cookies that I of course taste tested each and every one of them. No judging please. They were the best. In the Christmas Cookie Tray were Holiday shapes such as candy canes, Christmas trees, snowmen and ginger bread men. They are so very helpful. You owe it to yourself and your gift recipient to send them something delicious and that is something from Cookies By Design.

My Thoughts/Review~

I have vision issues where having a properly lite work space is everything. When I first started blogging, 10+ years ago, I could get away with dim light but now I look for items that are beneficial to help me see what I am doing. Not only can I attach the bar to my laptop but I can attach it to my such places as my cubicle at the office to help illuminate my area. The screen bar was super easy to set up. I am in love with this product from BenQ.

My Thoughts/Review~

Let’s face it, Getting new bed sheets is a wonderful feeling. When I received the Bamboo Twill Sheets from Brooklyn Bedding, I was beyond thrilled. That was until I put them on my bed. I cannot rave about them enough. I love everything from the color to the crispness to the feel of the material. They really have the softness of silk. Then let’s talk about sleeping on them. Just laying on the softness of them is beyond heaven. Not to mention the moisture wicking properties that help with my sweating a night due to menopause. Who knew how awesome these would be.
